Deanna Smith born and raised in New York is an American Real Estate agent, Title Agent, and holds the title of CEO for multiple companies. She is also a wife, mother of six, and one of six siblings. She is best known for her constant strive to help the people around her improve their quality of life by creating opportunities for growth.
Deanna Smith started her career as a correctional officer. She knew that it was not her end but a means to provide for her very young children. Initially driven by her desire to financially support her family, Deanna was a correctional officer for 16 years and protected many lives during her tenure, including her own.
In (year) Deanna started her journey of becoming a business woman and example for her children. While still working as a correctional officer she opened up her first of two day care centers. She worked for the state of New York during the day and for herself at night. She is
business minded and has a unique ability to plan in spite of any pressure that might occur. This is what allowed her to start and operate two successful daycare centers while still working as a correctional officer. She put people in position to run the facilities while she continued to work, one of those people being her daughter.
After living many years in New York Deanna moved to Charlotte and was encouraged by her husband to take some time to figure out what she wanted to do with her time. During this time of reflection is when she started her real estate journey. Deanna’s real estate career started in wholesaling which led to her becoming a Realtor and operator of her own real estate company. There wasn’t a curriculum that walked her through how to become a title agent but she found everything she needed to successfully start her company, Exclusive Title, LLC.
One of the most common themes in Deanna’s life is her desire to help others. From being a corrections officer, to owning and operating two daycares, and now building a platform that will help people build wealth via a title search business. Having six children of her own
she is no stranger to doing whatever it takes to succeed.
