Dawna is the Broker/Owner of Foundation Realty Group. Dawna's passion for real estate started back in the early 2000's while still working as an Air Traffic Controller. She originally worked part-time as an Agent learning the business, and once retiring in 2014 made it her full-time career.
Dawna went on to earn her Broker's license as well as becoming licensed in Massachusetts and in 2018 opened Foundation Realty Group. She loves helping sellers throughout their home selling process from staging, to any home inspection repairs, right through the closing process. She is dedicated to her buyers and works tirelessly to find them the perfect home to fit all of their needs. She works with first time homebuyers, buyers that are relocating, investors, or buyers that also need to sell a home. Dawna is very passionate about helping active military and Veterans and always offer special programs for any military buyers or sellers.
Dawna is from Merrimack New Hampshire and has been a lifelong resident of the area which gives her a unique insight and knowledge of the local communities!
