Description

Spenser Molloy is the managing broker of NextHome Modern Realty, serving clients across New Hampshire and Vermont. A native of the Upper Valley, Spenser’s expertise stems from years of experience in real estate and entrepreneurship. Before founding NextHome Modern Realty, he launched and successfully managed Sunapee Vacation Rentals, specializing in property management and short-term rentals.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Spenser’s passion for real estate is deeply rooted in his upbringing. His grandfather and grandmother, as well as all three of his aunts and uncles, have owned and operated their own businesses, many of which are in the real estate sector. Their ventures have spanned residential and commercial real estate, short-term rentals, boutique hotels, and convenience food stores/retail. This family legacy of innovation and business ownership has profoundly influenced Spenser’s approach to entrepreneurship and client service.

Spenser works alongside his father, Brian Molloy, who brings over three decades of real estate experience and a deep knowledge of the Upper Valley market. Brian's career spans residential and commercial investments, and his entrepreneurial background as the former owner of Foodstop, a chain of retail stores, has provided invaluable insights into running successful ventures. Together, Brian and Spenser form a dynamic team, blending generational expertise with innovative strategies to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

As the lead on client relations and strategy, Spenser focuses on identifying opportunities, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and leveraging his background in corporate finance to analyze market trends. Brian's focus on negotiations and property valuation complements Spenser’s role, making them a formidable team dedicated to providing comprehensive service.

Spenser earned his degree in Corporate Finance with a minor in Real Estate Management from Nichols College. As a member of the college’s Board of Advisors, he remains deeply engaged with his alma mater, focusing on alumni relations and student development initiatives.

With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Spenser combines local knowledge, financial acumen, and a personalized approach to every transaction. His dedication to his clients and the Upper Valley community makes him a trusted guide in buying, selling, and investing in properties.
