Kim is a Mortgage Consultant with Welcome Home Mortgage and has earned the designation of Certified Divorce Lending Professional. She has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 assisting her clients with their residential mortgage needs such as purchasing their dream home or refinancing their existing mortgage. Kim understands the need for patience while educating her clients and walking them through the mortgage process. Kim also has a background in residential real estate appraising which is beneficial to her clients when appraisal issues arise. Kim works closely with a team of professionals, i.e., accountants, financial planners and attorneys and find that it is imperative to have these professionals available when assisting clients achieve their financial goals.
