I’ve been a State Farm agent since July 2012. I have well over ten years of insurance experience with State Farm. I’m proud to serve the residents of Fairport, NY and the surrounding areas, including Rochester, Pittsford and East Rochester. My agency handles homeowners and renter’s insurance, auto, motorcycle, boat and other vehicle insurance, life insurance, business insurance and more—including financial services.
I spent the first part of my career working in finances and came to a crossroads when the department I worked for was relocated to another state. I’ve lived in or near Rochester my entire life. I didn’t want to relocate because my children were teens and I did not want to uproot them from their friends, schools and family. My younger brother was a State Farm agent and it was he who introduced me to the company; I soon realized it was a perfect fit for me. I love meeting with people and working with them to come up with a custom, comprehensive plan for their insurance and financial needs. I also take great pride in helping the people of this community achieve their long-term goals. My team and I strive to make insurance both simple, fun and we always try to be available to help with questions or anything else that comes up. When the unexpected happens, we’re here for you.
I was born in Rochester and currently enjoy living in Spencerport. My agency is located just north of the Fairport Lift Bridge and I love having so many quaint shops and restaurants nearby. On a personal note, I’m a graduate of St. John Fisher University with a bachelor’s degree in business and I have two grown children that I’m incredibly proud of. My daughter is currently in medical school and my son is a professional hockey player—he’s played with both the Senators and the Islanders. In my free time these days, I enjoy gardening, shopping, going to the gym, and crafting.
I also love getting involved with community efforts and feeling like I’m making a positive impact. My agency and I participate in events and programs like Fairport Canal Days, Toys For Tots, Food Link, Perinton Historical Society, Cobblestone Art Center and the Fairport Music Festival. We also donate to help support our brave first responders and other worthy recipients.
