Since 1972, Agency 10 Insurance has been serving the public in handling their insurance needs. Started by James and Nancy Klecker, the action of customer service has been the core foundation of this company.

After the change of ownership in August of 2002, Marc (a veteran) and Laura Macke continue to maintain that simple yet sometimes complex idea of customer service.

“Why complex?” you may ask. Marc says, “it can be complex because everyone has a different definition or expectation of what customer service is. So we like to develop relationships with clients to understand what exactly those expectations may be.” In fact, it is the company’s motto, “Experience the Service.”

Agency 10 Insurance starts by staffing the agency above the “industry average” to ensure that most anytime you can talk to a live person that is capable of helping you with your insurance needs.
