The International Labor Communications Association will hold its biennial convention this year in New Orleans from Nov. 18 to 20, 2025. This three-day event includes community service and networking receptions, the ILCA awards, and a robust schedule of panels and workshops around a theme befitting the times to be announced soon. The ILCA supports labor communicators in North America and is an allied organization of the AFL-CIO.

Over the years, the IAM Communications Department, Districts, and Locals have been recognized for their work during the ILCA Labor Media Awards Contest. It is the biggest and longest-running competition of its kind, showcasing the best of the best in labor communications.
