Matt is an Eagle Scout with a master's degree in History and Social Studies Education. At the young age of 24, he made a career change from public school teacher to financial services entrepreneur. Matt was a financial advisor for a few years before going off to serve in the U.S. Air Force, but not before publishing several books and scholastic articles with world-renowned business professors.
Before coming to Homeland Lending, Matt was one of the top Reverse Mortgage Consultants in America, and the Eastern USA Inside Sales Manager for the #1 company in reverse mortgages. Matt was able to combine his various backgrounds and career paths when he engineered a new workflow system for Homeland Lending as the Client Relations Manager.
His hobbies include sports/fitness, music, charity, all types of puzzles, and video games. Matt is one of the top Guitar Hero players in the world!
