Worked in construction through high school and college. Then worked for lending institutions when they foreclosed on homes. Since becoming licensed have worked hard to increase market share and the number of closed transactions every single year. Have earned my designation as a "negotiation specialist", was chairman of the Builder-Realtor Alliance Committee, served as a director for the Ohio Association of Realtors. Am a member of the New Build Homeowners Association and also work distressed sales frequently. More important than any of those things is the I am a dad who loves my family. I also bleed scarlet and grey for our Buckeyes!
