After your home is on the market, I continue to market your home, follow up with every agent who shows your home to provide you feedback, negotiate to get you the strongest price for your house and will be there for you throughout the entire process until we get to the closing table. In addition, I list and sell homes for 4.50% while offering all the services the other agencies do.
