Denise F. Quinn has 20 years of experience helping people obtain financing for their homes. She has extensive experience in all aspects of mortgage lending. Denise is knowledgeable in First Time Home Buyer programs as well as conventional and non-conventional purchases and refinances. Denise is active in her community. She is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of Wawayanda for 8 years. She is currently a Town Councilwoman in the Town of Wawayanda. She is also a member of the Board of Directors at the YMCA in Middletown. She has also served as the Assistant Treasurer for the Goshen Area Parent Nursery School.
