For 30 years, I have worked helping families change their lives!
In that 30 years as a residential mortgage loan originator, I helped people to obtain conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and HECM home loans. When needed, I have helped people obtain a HELOC or second-equity loan.
My longevity and background prove that I have experienced good times and bad, rate increases, refinance and sales booms...and busts! I've persevered because I enjoy helping people and enabling them to realize their dream of building wealth and stability. I've also been able to survive that long by being honest, available, creative, and resourceful!
I have been married to the girl of my dreams for over 30 years and am the proud father of two exceptional (now adult) children. My wife and I started fixing and flipping houses before people used the term flipping! From time to time, we still seize an opportunity to improve real estate and flip it or rent it out.
Most importantly, I am a proud union member. I value tremendously the benefits provided through collective bargaining and ALWAYS support my union brothers and sisters!
