Todd VanDyke began his real estate career working with the oil and gas industry in 2006. He quickly establishing himself as a productive agent, and was promoted to managing land acquisition crews in 2008. Serving two brokers and multiple corporate clients over the next several years, Todd became recognized as a responsible, ethical, and productive Project Manager having overseen leasing, right-or way, and general surface operations to their successful completion. In 2013 Todd shifted his career focus into residential real estate and accepted a management position with ERA Team VP in Ellicottville, New York, overseeing the real estate and vacation rental departments. Under Todd's management ERA Team VP in Ellicottville shattered previous years' sales, achieved national recognition as a "Circle of Success Gold Company" brokerage, and developed leading edge office, sales, and rental strategies. Never slowing down in the goal of serving his clients, Todd envisioned a brokerage that cared about the clients more than the profits. 2015 brought the launch of a new company with just those goals in mind, the VanDyke Agency LLC.
