Hello. My name is Doug Berti, CFP^(R), EA, the founder of Texas Assured Financial Planning. Financial planning is my second career. In my previous career, I often wondered, as did many of the people I worked with, how my retirement would work out financially. How much should I save? How should I invest, both while working and in retirement? How much could I spend once I retired? How could I manage my finances to reduce my income taxes? Becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^(R) and Enrolled Agent helped me answer those questions. I founded TAFP to help other people do the same.
