I learned at an early age that life can change in an instant, and how critical it is to have your finances in order. When I was 4 years old, my father unexpectedly passed away, leaving a wife with four young children to raise. Seeing the financial challenges my mom faced has made me a better financial advisor to my clients as I try to help ensure they never have to face those same challenges.
As a financial advisor with a CFP® certification, I focus on working with business owners, corporate executives and retirees to reach their financial objectives. I will partner with you throughout your life to help create and implement personalized strategies that help with what's most important to you, whether it's preparing for retirement, saving for your child's education or planning for the unexpected.
The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. awards CFP® certification to individuals who meet the board’s requirements for professionalism in financial services. To gain certification, a financial advisor must pass the CFP® Certification Examination and the CFP Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants, agree to abide by the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and comply with the Financial Planning Practice Standards.
I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BA in history. I then went on to obtain my MBA from the University of St. Thomas with an emphasis in finance.
My family has lived in Blaine since 2011. My wife, Bridget, and I have been blessed with three children: Tyler, Addison and Kennedy. We stay active in the community through our children's schools and extracurricular events.
I also enjoy volunteering for organizations such as the Financial Planners Association of Minnesota, Cub Scouts and Best Prep.
