If there is a way to get the loan done, we get it done. We are a direct lender for Ginnie, Fannie, and Freddie and we service 99.9% of our loans. This eliminates a lot of extra steps that are needed by most mortgage companies and, by extension, allows us flexibility that most companies do not have. We also waive our lender fees for VA loans (veterans).
