The Negotiations Team recently attended the IAM’s Winpisinger Center for specialized instruction on contract organizing tactics and legal strategies. This dedicated team represents over 150 IAM-represented workers who provide classified services for the Department of Defense, performing high-security tasks essential to national interests.
