Although my career with Edward Jones started in 2012, I've been part of the Edward Jones family as long as I can remember.
Growing up in a steel mill family, I knew when my Dad was home in the morning, he was laid off. Eventually he looked for something more stable and took his retirement rollover to Edward Jones. I remember seeing my Dad hand our Edward Jones financial advisor his 401(k) rollover. It was all of his savings. That gesture of trust sticks with me to this day.
The financial advisor became a part of our family. In addition to the annual review, he called just to check in. He cared enough to stop by my college graduation.
During one of our annual reviews, the financial advisor inquired about my current career. He asked if I had considered an opportunity to help families like he helped mine. He spoke with me about the opportunity, the philosophy and the culture of Edward Jones. He thought I would be a great fit and so did I. I've never looked back.
My passion and motivation is simply to help good people in discovering and achieving their goals – to help them live their best lives.
My experience with Edward Jones and my parent's strong upbringing has molded the foundation for my Edward Jones business. We partner with individuals and families, incorporating them into our family. We use open, honest communication and sincere interest. We care about you, and we care about what matters most to you. Like many families we offer the help, support and tools to make those things happen.
When I'm out of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Laura, and our children, Bella and Luke. I have a true gift and passion for coaching clients as well as coaching high school football and Little League baseball. I am a past president of the Michigan City Exchange Club.
Finally, my goals are to improve myself as a husband, father, son, brother, neighbor, friend and financial advisor, and to give back to those around me as a Mason and Shriner.
