2021 was my first year as a REALTOR® and I was able to successfully close 19 sales totaling almost $3.5M, all in nine months!
In 2022 I was able to complete the year with 26 transactions with almost $7M in sales. I have proved to myself what hard work in a new industry can produce and goals can be achieved. The brightest minds of the real estate world have a solutions-driven attitude which distinguishes me in a competitive market.
2023 proved to have some challenges with a shifting market and a spike in mortgage interest rates. While my totals may not have been as high as 2022, I held strong and was able to reach my personal goals.
2024 is here and gone and I can honestly say it was the most challenging year I have had. Between the shifting market, higher interest rates and confusing changes posed by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), there were plenty of humps to face. Regardless, I accepted the challenges and I surpassed my goal with over $5M in sales.
Since I started real estate in 2021, I have successfully assisted clients with over 100 sales. But to me, it's not about the volume or number of sales. It's about helping others reach their dreams - OF KEYS.
