For over 40 years, John has bought, sold, or helped others in real estate transactions. Since 2002, John has been a Licensed Realtor and Corporate Trainer for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services specializing in Residential, Investment , Land, Short Sale, and Estate/Trust/Probate properties in Northern California.
In January of 2011 John was assigned the Director of Estate Trust and Probate Listing Services Division for the 35 Northern California and Nevada BHHS Offices. His group's focus is on helping Banks, Attorney's, and Private Fiduciaries liquidate their real estate holdings.
Mr. Davi has his State of California Real Estate license and has also completed a Graduate Studies Program in Business and Real Estate at St Mary’s College in Moraga, California. He also holds a B.S. degree from Armstrong University -Berkeley in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources.
As a frequent speaker at seminars, to groups of up to 50 people, John focuses his presentations on the need to develop a home buying and/or selling plan, understanding contracts and disclosures, negotiating protocols, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Short Sales/REO, and Trust/Probate properties along with today’s market trends.
Mr. Davi is a very active member of the community, having worked as a city volunteer soccer coach and with many charitable organizations. In addition, he is a member of the Contra Costa Business Council, Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce and a member of the National, State, and Contra Costa County Board of Realtors. He recently served a 2yr term as a Board Director. John is also a BHHS Corporate Trainer - teaching, coaching, and mentoring numerous new and experienced Real Estate agents. A life-long resident of Contra Costa County, he is a father to two grown adult daughters.
