Hello, I am Jonathan Hamilton, a seasoned Real Estate Broker with a passion for delivering exceptional
service and achieving outstanding results. My journey into real estate was sparked by a pivotal moment
in 2017 when I realized the importance of being present for my family after years of extensive travel for
my previous profession.
With a deep-seated commitment to excellence and the support of my family, I transitioned into the real
estate industry, joining Coldwell Banker Legacy as an Associate Broker. Drawing from my background in
negotiation and contract management, I quickly established myself as a top performer within the
company, consistently ranking in the top 25% in 2018 and advancing to the top 10% by 2020.
Recognizing my leadership potential, I was invited to join the management team at the Paseo Office in
2022 as the Assistant Sales Manager. In this role, I assumed responsibility for coaching and mentoring a
large team of over 190 associate brokers, contributing to their professional development and overall
success.
In late 2022, I embraced a new challenge as the Qualifying Broker for one of our struggling offices in the
East Mountains. Through strategic planning, team-building, and a focus on operational efficiency, I
spearheaded the revitalization of the office, leading to significant growth in both sales and the total
number of brokers.
Despite my managerial responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in serving clients, leveraging my
expertise to guide them through seamless and meaningful real estate transactions. My commitment to
delivering the highest level of customer service is unwavering, and I take immense pride in assisting
clients in achieving their real estate goals.
Outside of work, I find joy in spending quality time with my family in Albuquerque, NM, where I reside
with my wife, Kaylee, our two sons, Logan and Jackson. When I am not immersed in real estate, you can
find me indulging in leisure activities such as golfing, motorcycle riding, RV'ing and enjoying the company
of friends and loved ones.
