Before entering real estate, Luciana excelled as a Bronx high school administrator within the NYC Public Schools and as an assistant college professor at NYC College of Technology. She holds an M.S. in School Administration and an M.B.A. in Finance, leveraging her financial expertise to guide clients through co-op board approvals and other complex processes.
