About Roxanne Humes, founder of The Roxanne Humes Group:
Roxanne has sold Hundreds of homes since joining Coldwell Banker Realty in 2011, with 250 Homes and Almost $70M in Sales in 2024 & 2025, Finishing #21 in 2025, out of nearly 8000 Agents in all of Western Pennsylvania.
Prior to Real Estate, she worked in Fashion as Vice President of Sales for a Clothing Manufacturer in NYC and as a Buyer for May Department Stores in Boston (Filene's) and Pittsburgh (Kaufmann's). In these roles, she negotiated contracts, analyzed detailed data, forecasted style trends, built marketing and business plans, and serviced clients all over the US.
Roxanne put herself through college, earning degrees in Marketing and Finance from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College. Her Real Estate career focuses on all price points and property types, residential and commercial. Her clientele ranges from investors to luxury and historical estate owners.
Roxanne has lived in Murrysville since 1999 where she and her husband raised two children, but the team sells homes all over Pittsburgh. The Roxanne Humes Group sells homes other agents couldn’t.
