Description

My career has been defined by service, strategy and trusted relationships.

After graduating from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Go Salukis!), I began my professional journey serving as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force. Based in Wichita, Kansas, I supported global missions across Africa, Europe and the Middle East — work that demanded discipline, clarity under pressure and thoughtful, long-term planning.

Following my military service, I transitioned into leadership roles within the beverage industry, where I continued to focus on building strong teams, navigating complex environments and helping organizations grow. Across every role I’ve held, one constant has remained: a commitment to helping people move confidently toward their goals.

Today, as a financial advisor with Edward Jones, I bring those same principles to my clients’ financial lives. I work closely with individuals and families to understand what matters most to them, whether that’s preparing for retirement, saving for education, protecting what they’ve built or creating a lasting financial legacy. My approach is thoughtful, personalized and grounded in the belief that good financial planning starts with listening.

Outside the office, I’ve been married to my wife, Lysa, since 2008, and we’re raising our incredible son, Ren, in a historic South St. Louis neighborhood. We share our home with two adopted cats, Daisy and Maize. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me hanging with family and friends or trying to squeeze in a workout.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I’m actively involved in my neighborhood, veteran organizations and the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, along with serving on the boards of Trailnet, OCA STL and St. Louis Dance Theatre, supporting initiatives that help our region grow stronger and stay more connected.

I’d welcome the opportunity to get to know you, hear your story and help develop a plan that could provide stability, security and freedom for what lies ahead.
