Serving others has always been an integral part of who I am. I chose a career as a financial advisor, because I wanted to devote my time to educating and guiding others towards achieving their financial goals.
I grew up in Kentwood, MI, and attended Olivet College as a student athlete before graduating in 2013. I later served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for seven years and had the opportunity to lead, train and mentor Marines throughout the country and around the world. While in the Marines, I also served as a Command Financial Specialist, assisting young Marines with planning for their financial futures and guiding them through financial hardships. During that time, I married my beautiful wife, Lauren, and welcomed our two children, our son, Myles, and our daughter, Charlee. After transitioning out of the military we decided to return home to West Michigan.
From these experiences, and as a husband and father of two, I can appreciate the weight of making big decisions when you don’t have all the answers and the effects those decisions can have on others. I want to help provide the answers to your questions, so you can feel comfortable making informed financial decisions based on your personal needs.
Here in Cedar Springs, I take pride in having the privilege to work with families, veterans, small businesses and individuals in the greater Grand Rapids area to assist them in reaching their long-term financial goals. I also take pride in serving as a board member in the Rotary Club of Cedar Springs, and being active in the Cedar Springs Community.
Let's partner together to make your personal or professional financial goals a reality.
