I was taught to help others in need, whether it was cleaning the church or helping neighbors. I learned and believe today that when we give of our time and talents, those who are recipients benefit and are blessed, but we receive the benefit as well.
This attitude of service defines my career at Edward Jones. After working in banking and IT services fields for 16 years, I joined Edward Jones in 2009. Here, I am able to make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and small businesses by understanding where they are today, establishing goals for the future and helping them stay on track throughout their lifetime to achieve their goals.
I am passionate about helping you succeed in your financial life. I desire to build strong relationships by understanding what is most important to you, answering your questions and developing sound strategies to reach your goals. Upon agreement of implementing the strategies, we meet regularly to update you on the status of your financial strategy and adjust to changes that occur when life throws us a curveball. I also work with your tax professionals and estate planning attorneys when it is appropriate.
The same goals drive me outside the walls of Edward Jones. I am active in my church and other community service organizations in Topeka, coach soccer, enjoy cooking and relish my favorite role as husband to Ellen, and father to my three adult sons.
