About six years into my teaching career, my wife showed me a video related to real estate investing. Something about that video clip sparked a flame that grew into a passion for pursuing real estate.
Since then, my wife and I have been able to acquire a handful of investment properties. Some properties we've kept, and some we've seen go, and these experiences has helped me become more acquainted with the buying and selling process.
