Carrie Martin simply enjoys helping others and trying to be a good servant. She is passionate about helping people accomplish their goals: financial goals, home goals, and more! She never intended to stay in the financial industry when she joined it in 2004, but her interest was piqued. She felt drawn to lending and her final destination of helping people finance their homes and dreams. She’s dabbled in mortgages in some capacity throughout most of her financial career, and the knowledge she soaked up over the years from mentors, research, and experience, combined with her passion to make your home purchase as important to her as it is to you, has made it pretty easy for her to transition into fully becoming a mortgage lender. She is as committed to your goals and dreams as you are, and she doesn’t take those things for granted. She strives to provide each family with individualized attention and make them feel like they’re her only family buying a home that month.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband and their two kids always keep her busy with something new. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, or their kids participating in a plethora of sports or academic competitions, there is never a lack of things to watch, cheer, or support. Additionally, she is on the board of the Habitat of Humanity for Neosho and the surrounding areas, and the Affiliate Committee for the Newton/McDonald County Board of Realtors. In 2017, she was voted the Affiliate of the Year for the Newton/McDonald County Board of Realtors. She would love to be your lender of the year!
