Hello and welcome to my web page. I'm so happy you're here! I'm Heather Shanaman, a Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Ephrata, PA. I haven't always been a loan officer, but I've been in the business since 2001. I worked behind the scenes in most roles but found that I was able to really connect with people and I needed to make the move to a full-time loan officer. I have a passion for helping others whether it be personally or professionally. I've had my share of ups and downs in life, so I understand where you're coming from.
