My expertise extends far beyond opening doors or writing contracts. I am highly experienced in pricing strategy, negotiations, timelines, and inspections, with a focus on clear communication, strong advocacy, and thoughtful planning throughout every stage of the transaction.
Rooted in Rhode Island, Serving Beyond
Born and raised in Rhode Island, I grew up in Cranston and spent my summers in Narragansett at my grandmother’s home. After living in several towns throughout my adult life, I ultimately settled in North Kingstown. This lifelong connection to the area gives me a strong understanding of local market conditions and how timing, data, and strategy impact buying and selling decisions.
In addition to working throughout Rhode Island, I am a licensed REALTOR® serving clients in Eastern Connecticut and Southeastern Massachusetts, allowing me to guide buyers and sellers across state lines with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Beyond Real Estate
As the wife of a Local 99 union member, I have a deep respect for the hard work, dedication, and pride that union members bring to their careers and communities. Supporting union families is personal to me, and I am proud to be part of a community that values skilled labor, strong work ethic, and looking out for one another.
I am also a mother of two and a proud fur-mom to three fur babies. Family means everything to me and influences how I approach life in general. I love spending time in the kitchen, especially cooking traditional Armenian dishes like dolma, recipes that have been passed down through generations. Cooking as a family is one of my favorite ways to connect and spend time with the people I love.
I am a pretty active person and really enjoy hiking whenever I can. And when I want to relax, there is nothing better to me than being by the ocean with my toes in the sand.
