Shalyce Pocock’s real estate career began in 2012, and she currently works in John L. Scott’s Anacortes office. Before becoming a broker, she worked in the medical field and also helped run her husband’s excavation company. She often helps clients in Skagit, Island and Whatcom Counties.
Shalyce has deep roots in Skagit County and is a fourth-generation resident of the area. She brings this local knowledge to each transaction, and also sets herself apart from other brokers by her strong negotiation skills, good working relationships with peers, availability via phone or email and thorough approach to paperwork.
For Shalyce, making clients’ dreams come true and seeing the look on their face when she gets them their home keys is highly rewarding. She strives to go above and beyond for clients, and often gains clients as friends after the sale.
To give back in her local community, Shalyce volunteers with children at Edison Elementary School in Bow, Washington.
