Growing up in Peoria and living most of her adult life in Morton has given Sandy deep roots in the Central Illinois area.She has personally experienced many moves (16 in 50 years!) including living in Japan and California while her husband Gary served in the US Navy.Sandy can relate to what buyers and sellers go through to make their moves.
Sandy is experienced residential, commercial and new construction real estate. She and Gary have buit 6 of their own homes, as well as spec homes and condos. They also developed Brookside Estates in Morton, Cherokee Hills in Groveland, Oakridge Estates in Lacon, and Morton Industrial Park in Morton. She has also worked with many builders in the area and has many professional connections for clients who need remodeling, repairs, etc.
Sandy and her husband Gary own several businesses, including Designer Tile and Stone, Central Illinois Granite, and Roeker Cabinets & Millwork in Morton.
Throughout the years, Sandy has built an extensive network to help sell your home and match potential buyers to all listings.
In 2021, She partnered with local real estate broker, Alex Smith.
Together, Sandy and Alex bring over 39 years of real estate expertise to the Glover-Smith Group.
Sandy loves central Illinois and her Morton community, where she raised her 3 children and has lived for over 50 years!
In Sandy's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 8 grandchildren and attending all of their sporting events.
