I am highly knowledgeable on latest market trends, current inventory and local as well as federal rules and regulations. I have extensive experience in working with various types of buyers and sellers including those oversees as well as just about all types of transactions including bank owned, short sales, estates, private sales, relocations. I am no stranger to complex high risk, time sensitive deals involving challenging financial and credit cases including double Hubbard clause transactions in more than one state and it is one reason why I often get approached by my clients in need. I rarely shy away from an opportunity to help. My clients can expect a thorough breakdown of any and all possibilities knowing should they partner with me, they will partner with a savvy and passionate successful negotiator as well. I approach every day with a mindset of becoming a better version of my own self than yesterday. Loving what I do is truly the only way to succeed and to enjoy the well deserved rewards. My customer service and sales background in the Corporate America evolved from the opportunity to work on a phenomenal sales team, where I established strong fundamentals of communication, and the ability to foster successful relationships. It is also my exposure to working with private investors/general contractors/private lenders/developers that adds depth to my real estate knowledge.
I relate to others in approachable and effective ways because I have a broad understanding of other cultures, behaviors and customs. I am fluent in four languages (Slovak, Czech, English and Polish) and have working knowledge of Russian. Helping to guide my clients through the biggest financial decisions of their lives is where I am supposed to be. I am passionate about real estate, I never give up and am always there to help. I have two other passions in life...passion for sports and passion for being a great mom to my two darlings. In tennis in particular, by embracing my competitive spirit and my stellar work ethics I made it all the way to the pro level. As a mom, not one day passes, no matter how difficult, when I don't thank God for the privilage of being able to extend my heart to my children and love them unconditionally. As a natural problem solver, I love the challenges life throws at me and consider life to be the biggest and most rewarding one of them all. And I certainly don't intend to take the biggest gift I got..my life...for granted.
