Charlene was inducted into the ABR® Hall of Fame in November 2024. In December 2023, Charlene received the
Lifetime Achievement and REALTOR® of the Year awards from the Springfield Board of REALTORS® and is one of
the most decorated REALTORS® in her area with multiple awards and 18 Designaions/Cerificaions. With over
26 years of experience in Real Estate, her goal is to work hard and dream big. Whether you’re buying your first
home, relocating out of state, or moving across town, Charlene is here to help you with whatever the market,
and life, throws at you.
The home buying and selling process can be a stressful and confusing time for people. But it does not have to be.
With her on your side, your goals become hers. Charlene takes the time to walk you through every step of the
process, questions and all, to make sure it’s a stress-free transition in life. She is committed to making you a
client/friend for life.
Charlene has always been active in the community and continues to help when needed. Some of Charlene’s local
accomplishments are as follows: Big Brothers/Big Sisters program, the Junior Achievement, and Graduated from
Leadership Clark County 2009-2010. She was chair for the 2010 Leadership Clark County Amazing Race
Committee, a member of the Scholarship Committee for the Springfield Foundation and was an ambassador for
the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce from 2009 to 2012. She also became Ambassador of the Year for
the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce in 2010. She was also on the Springfield City Planning Board, the
CEDA Zoning Board, the Residential Board of Building Appeals, the Clark County Planning Commission and
Springfield’s Financial Advisory Committee. In 2014 she became a Clark State College Adjunct Professor for Real
Estate Practices and Principles, and still teaches there today.
