Today, Bethe specializes in both single-family homes as well as condominiums and townhomes in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. However, she started in Real Estate in 2003 working as a sales agent with national sales builder, Pulte Homes. After selling out 11 Pulte Homes communities, Bethe continued to expand her residential real estate experience by selling condominiums in the high volume, mid-rise market in Oakland. This is where her love of the city started as she honed her talents at Uptown Place and at the Bond in Jack London Square. Bethe then expanded her book of business selling luxury homes with William Lyon Homes in Pittsburg and Livermore while maintaining steady sales and listings in the Oakland condominium and single-family home markets throughout the Bay Area specializing in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
Bethe obtained her Brokers' License in March of 2017, and continued in the resale market partnering with Kim Cole Real Estate, Inc, to build a successful relationship-based real estate business.
As of May of 2022, Bethe is now part of the team at Merrill Signature Properties where she looks forward to meeting her next clients and developing new relationships. She continues to focus on supporting her clients all around the Bay Area and ventures out to Northern and Southern California as her clients needs change. While Bethe is a graduate of Arizona State, she has always been centered in California. She has raised her three daughters in Brentwood and dedicated her free time to traveling around the world.
