I have been making it my business for just over a decade to create financing with an eye to the future, not just for this day. My goal is to see the community around me grow. I am active in my community, serving on housing authority for Columbia City, appointed by the mayor, and attending Eagle Quest Church. I am also on the finance committee for the Lighthouse. I have 3 children who I raise as a single father and enjoy spending time with them. In my free time I enjoy watching hockey.

I started out in the mortgage business in a small mortgage Broker called Focus Capital Group. When the mortgage crisis came around the ownership decided to not continue doing business. I interviewed with several companies and Ruoff's business plan was the most exciting and they also offered the most programs for financing that were available in the market. Ruoff has an established reputation as one of the best lenders in Northeast Indiana and has been locally owned since 1984. I feel their business philosophies and commitment to my clients are second to none!
