Real estate is more than buying or selling a home—it’s one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and who you choose to represent you matters.
We’re Adam and Laura Salas, a husband-and-wife real estate team with 12 years of experience, more than 450 closed sales, and over 150 five-star reviews from clients throughout the Spokane area. But what truly sets us apart isn’t just the numbers—it’s how we work.
When you work with us, you get two experienced agents, a licensed assistant, and a transaction coordinator all working together on your behalf. We’re available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. because real estate doesn’t happen on a Monday-through-Friday schedule, and we believe our clients should never be left wondering what comes next.
For our sellers, we take a hands-on approach from the very beginning—helping prepare the home for market, coordinating vendors when needed, creating a customized marketing strategy, and showcasing each property through professional photography, professional video, social media, and targeted digital marketing. We don’t just put a home on the MLS and wait. We actively work to position it, market it, and get it in front of buyers.
For our buyers, we believe in being available, moving quickly, and making sure you have the information you need to make confident decisions. With two agents available for showings, extensive knowledge of inspections and negotiations, and hundreds of transactions behind us, we know what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to protect your interests throughout the process.
Experience matters most when things don’t go exactly as planned. After more than 450 transactions, we’ve navigated difficult negotiations, inspection issues, appraisal challenges, multiple-offer situations, and complicated transactions. We know how to solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep things moving forward.
Our goal has never been to simply close another transaction. It’s to give every client the experience, accessibility, communication, and representation we would expect if we were buying or selling our own home.
