I love working with people to help them buy or sell property, but here are a few more things about me you may like to know. I grew up on Milwaukee's south side, and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran High School in 1986. Before Shorewest, I was a manager in the food service industry. I also have experience in re-habbing and selling properties. I have 4 adult children, 4 grandchildren, and a Dachshund named Sammy. I enjoy getting outside and going for a walk, gardening, doing home improvement projects and making people laugh. I am an active member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Pewaukee, and actively participate in Shorewest Food Drives. I am abundantly blessed, and love giving back to others.
As a Broker Associate with Shorewest Realtors, I know that a house is a huge financial investment, and that’s not the only thing to consider when making a move. Getting to know you on a personal level helps me understand what is prompting you to move. Putting a property on the market does not SELL it. We need to work together to come up with the best plan for marketing your home. There is no pressure if you are purchasing a property, either. Sitting down together we can look at your wants and needs for your new home.
My goal is to provide outstanding service with a proactive, loyal, honest, approach. I like to have fun and find joy in things, so I bring that into the mix as well. I aim for a results-oriented approach, all while keeping things as stress free as possible. My biggest strengths are professionalism, creativity, perception, sound judgment and being able to see all sides of a situation. This is proven regularly by the referrals I receive from past customers. I realize the importance of transferring not just people, but families and lives. Your real estate transaction is too important to leave to anyone else!
