Hi! I'm Colleen.
I am born and raised Wisconsin girl. I worked in the medical field as an x-ray tech for over 20 years - 10 in pediatrics and the rest in all ages. I even worked as a travelling tech for a few years. I moved to Carson City in 2014 with my husband and 3 kiddos and have made this our home. We love hiking, exploring and going to Lake Tahoe.
Over the years, I have bought and sold several homes with my husband and have loved most of the process but knew there were better ways to work with people. I decided in 2020 it was time to change careers and help people in a new way with buying and selling homes. I couldn't be happier with this decision.
I really believe communication is key. I love to hear what stories others have ~ where they come from and where they are going, if it includes real estate it's even more fun! I like to believe I am a good listener. I really want to know what makes someone tick and offer what I have in resources to see if what I have can help them. I surround myself with others who are also helpers and share them as needed (handyman, plumbers, electricians, etc).
I love working within my city of Carson (and Dayton), but I will work anywhere in Northern Nevada. I think it's really fun to drive clients around who are new to the area to help them to see the area without being in the driver's seat.
