The current five-year contract is set to expire on Oct. 31, prompting the union to begin negotiations by the end of September. The union team recently prepared recently at the IAM’s Winpisinger Center and is focused on securing a better contract for members. The team is supported by extensive member surveys and strong participation, highlighting the membership’s unified backing of the negotiation team.
