Hispanic Heritage Month Profiles: Susie Diaz

Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, the AFL-CIO will be profiling leaders and activists to spotlight the diverse contributions Hispanics and Latinos have made to the labor movement. Today’s profile features Susie Diaz of the Professional Aviation Safety Specialists (PASS).

A proud Mexican American, Susie Diaz has been a dedicated public servant at the Federal Aviation Administration for nearly 30 years. She said, “Being a union member with PASS is important; it gives you a voice to advocate for yourself and others.”
