This advanced course focuses on refining the communication skills necessary for representatives to effectively teach organizing strategies within their Locals.
Participants from diverse industries, including air transport, aerospace and automotive, collaborated on mastering various teaching techniques and learning styles. Ultimately, the week-long session prepares members to lead their own organizing committees to ensure the long-term growth and strength of the labor movement.
