Women’s History Month Profiles: Angela Dameron

Today’s profile is Angela Dameron of AFSCME.
Angela Dameron is a testament to union strength. Over her 43-year career at the University of Michigan, she has served as a steward, executive board member and now president of AFSCME Michigan 925’s largest local, 1583, working tirelessly to grow it to more than 3,000 members across multiple campuses. Her relentless dedication ensures that front-line, essential university employees always have a powerful voice at the bargaining table.
